How it works

  1. Body check & intro

    Optional but recommended: bioimpedance analysis, goal talk and a 1:1 workout, so I get to know your fitness level.

  2. Pick a pass & book

    5-pass, 10-pass or single session — then secure your spot via the booking link.

  3. Show up & sweat

    We train together: I give instructions, corrections and push you.

You can also come to a training first and do the body check later, or skip it entirely — but I'd recommend doing it first.

  • Even with a pass: booking via the booking calendar is mandatory and secures your spot.
  • Cancel or rebook up to 48 hours before the session — after that I unfortunately have to deduct 1 session from your 5/10-pass.

Where does the training take place?

At two places: the indoor training (Functional Fitness & Women's Functional) is in the course room at TOP Boulder Kirchheim, Stuttgarter Str. 47, 73230 Kirchheim unter Teck. The meeting point for the outdoor training (Running + HIIT) is the car park of the Ludwig-Uhland-Gymnasium on Hahnweidstraße (opposite the Neuapostolische Kirche / New Apostolic Church).

Do I need prior experience?

A little experience is ideal. With no experience at all, the body/fitness check before your first training is highly recommended.

How do I book a session?

Via the booking link — booking is mandatory (both with a 5/10-session pass and with the single session) and secures your spot.

How do I pay?

On site in cash, by PayPal or bank transfer — no prepayment needed.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes, up to 48 hours in advance. After that, one session is unfortunately deducted.

Which trainings are there?

Functional Fitness (indoor, Tue), Running + HIIT (outdoor, Thu) and Women's Functional (indoor, Tue). Personal training, workshops and other formats on request.
