Privacy policy

Protecting your personal data matters to us. This is an English summary of how personal data is processed when you visit this website, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The German Datenschutzerklärung is the authoritative version.

2. Hosting & content delivery (Cloudflare Pages)

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered via Cloudflare's CDN (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you access the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (incl. your IP address, date/time, requested file, browser and system information) in server logs to ensure secure, stable delivery. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). A data processing agreement is in place; EU Standard Contractual Clauses cover transfers to the USA.

3. Email routing (Cloudflare)

Incoming email to info@teck-21.de may be forwarded via Cloudflare Email Routing, processing the content and metadata of your message. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

4. Contact form & email delivery (Resend)

If you use the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email, optional phone, preferred contact channel, message) to answer your enquiry. The message is delivered to our inbox via the processor Resend, Inc. (USA). Only the data needed to reply is transmitted; no further storage or sharing takes place. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, via the checkbox) and our (pre-)contractual / legitimate interest in handling your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

5. Consent for external content

External content (e.g. Google Maps, Cal.eu, YouTube) is loaded only after you explicitly consent via our consent banner. Before consent, no request is sent to those providers, so no data (e.g. your IP address) is transferred. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw or change your choice at any time via the "Privacy settings" link in the footer.

6. Google Maps

To show our training locations, Google Maps maps (Google Ireland Limited) may be embedded. They load only after your consent; data (incl. IP address) may then be transferred to Google and to third countries (USA). Without consent, a simple "Open in Google Maps" link is available, where only your click triggers the redirect.

7. Booking (Cal.eu)

For online booking we use Cal.eu, the European edition of the scheduling service Cal.com. The provider is Cal.com, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4382, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. We link to the booking page / embed the booking calendar only after your explicit consent; before consent, no connection to Cal.eu is established.

Only when you open the booking or load the embed are the data needed for the appointment (in particular name, email address, chosen slot, time zone and any further details you provide) and technically necessary data (in particular your IP address) processed; cookies may be set. The legal basis for loading the embed is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR together with § 25(1) TDDDG); the subsequent processing of your booking data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Data may also be transferred to and processed in the USA; for this the provider relies, by its own account, among other things on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place / will be concluded with the provider. The provider's privacy terms apply in addition: https://cal.com/privacy.

8. Videos (YouTube)

Any YouTube videos (Google Ireland Limited) are embedded only after your consent, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Without consent, nothing is loaded from YouTube.

9. Messengers & social networks

We link to WhatsApp (Meta) and possibly Instagram (Meta). These links only establish a connection when clicked. If you use WhatsApp to contact us, Meta processes your data under its own privacy terms.

10. No cookies, no analytics by us

We use no tracking cookies and no analytics or marketing tools. Fonts are self-hosted; no Google Fonts CDN or comparable third-party service is loaded on page view. Only your consent choice is stored in your browser (localStorage key "teck21-consent").

11. Your rights
